Each item is made to order, and the Mission funding generated by your purchase is committed to Festive Farmettes when your order is placed.

Because your item is created specifically for your order and the Mission funds have already been committed, sales are final for change of mind, incorrect size, color or product selection and buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery for shipping damage, incorrect items or visible production defects and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs showing the issue

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or, when appropriate, a refund.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and Trove will cover return shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is included in the product price for delivery within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC.

For Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Trove covers the equivalent of standard lower-48 shipping. The patron pays the remaining shipping cost.

For Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories and international destinations, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and shipping cost.

Orders requiring manual shipping arrangements are subject to a $50 Special Destination Handling fee per order, separate from shipping charges.

Items are made to order and may arrive in separate packages. Production and delivery times vary by item, destination and shipping conditions.

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
