Trove items are made to order through our production partners. This reduces unnecessary inventory and waste.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated separately from the product price and are shown at checkout.

 

Shipping costs vary by item, destination, fulfillment location and available shipping method.

Some products or destinations may have limited shipping availability. If checkout does not provide a shipping option for your location, please contact us before ordering.

Production & Delivery

Production and delivery times vary by item, destination, fulfillment location and shipping conditions. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If an order cannot be shipped within the time required by applicable law, we will contact the patron with the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Multiple Shipments

Items may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after an item ships.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders declined because of unpaid duties or import fees may not be eligible for refund, replacement or store credit.

Please provide an accurate shipping address, email address and phone number at checkout. Trove is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the patron.
