Made to Order

Trove items are made to order through our production partners. This reduces unnecessary inventory and waste.

Shipping Within the Contiguous United States

Shipping is included in the product price for delivery within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC.

Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands

Trove covers the equivalent of standard lower-48 shipping. The patron pays the remaining shipping cost.

Other Destinations

For Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories and international destinations, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the item can be shipped to your destination and determine the current shipping cost.

Orders requiring manual shipping arrangements are subject to a $50 Special Destination Handling fee per order, separate from shipping charges.

Production & Delivery
Production and delivery times vary by item, destination, fulfillment location and shipping conditions. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

If an order cannot be shipped within the time required by applicable law, we will contact the patron with the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Multiple Shipments
Items may be produced at different facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available after an item ships.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders declined because of unpaid duties or import fees may not be eligible for refund, replacement or store credit.

Shipping Address
Please provide an accurate shipping address, email address and phone number at checkout. Trove is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the patron.
